Based on the Newcastle Quayside, Echo-U specialise in providing inspirational contact centre solutions, recognising a need for intelligent customer contact delivered by motivated and genuinely friendly people.
You will be working on behalf of an established top 10 bank and closely with the building surveying industry, providing a panel management service and managing responsibility for your individual workload, whilst sharing the required daily tasks of the team.
Time management, administrational skills and working to deadlines are all key elements to the role and it is essential the successful applicant can demonstrate these. Previous experience in client interaction is also required.
A typical day can be extremely varied, involving both Inbound and Outbound calls between the client, surveyors and customers, data entry, case load management and general administrational duties.
Hours: Standard working hours (FT35) between 08:00am – 18:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am – 14:00pm Saturday are expected although a flexible approach is always required.
