We are currently looking for 2 support assistants to work for a large financial organisation based on Newcastle Business Park.
Duties include:
-Outbound telephone calling existing customers from a database,organising appointments for the field based Financial advisors to discuss additional services.
-Working towards targets to achieve maximum potential within this sales orientated role.
-Administration tasks to keep all documentation and relevant paperwork up to date.
-Use of IT systems. Candidates must be IT literate.
Key skills for this role include:
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent IT skills
-The ability to work towards tight deadlines
-The ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
-Candidates must be confident in picking up the phone and speaking with clients and customers.
This is a temporary position with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. If the candidate was to be taken on permanently they would then be introduced to the company's bonus scheme.
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8pm, and Friday 9am - 4pm.
