| Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Salary up to £18K basic + Commission - must drive with own transport. We are looking to recruit new temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join our buzzing and energetic team in the Big Yellow Building! The selected candidate will be given full on the job training along with a work development plan working closely with the operations manger for the first three months whilst learning the ropes. The job of a temporaries recruitment consultant entails: Making New Business Development Calls and client visits to prospective local clients introducing our temporary staff services and asking them for vacancies to fill. Negotiating profitable margins whilst quoting for new business working within our company margin guidelines (full training given) Ensuring that we see weekly growth on your temps desk e.g.: more hours worked each week then the previous. Inter viewing and registering suitable candidates to send out to work on a temporary basis ensuring that the registration process complies with current legislation. Once a vacancy has been picked up - finding the appropriate candidate to fill the position with urgency and organisation Managing your temporary workers ensuring that they all submit signed timesheets weekly, that they conduct themselves in the correct fashion whilst representing Recruitment Now at all times and liaising with payroll to ensure that they are paid correctly and remain happy in the assignment. Maximising on current client relationships at every opportunity whilst ensuring that your clients are 100% happy with your service. Ensuring that all of your activity is fully logged on our internal database. In order to be considered for this role you do not need to have previous recruitment experience but it is essential that you come from a sales background. This is primarily a sales role and the recruitment industry is very target driven and competitive so consultants must be highly driven, fast paced and determined to succeed.
