You will be required to take inbound calls from the general public and assist them in booking rail tickets, taking general enquires and dealing with customer queries and complaints.
The successful candidates MUST be flexible to work 35 hours on a rotating shift pattern from 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday. The positions are initially temporary, however for the right candidates the opportunity to gain a permanent contract is highly likely.
