An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join one of the world's leading driving game developers, specifically noted for the creation of original Intellectual Property. The company employs over 80 full time programmers, artists, animators and games designers at our offices in the north east of England, a further 28 staff in our Hong Kong office, as well as specialist sub-contractors from all over the world.
The principle responsibilities of the Administrator will be:
Log all CV's, filter, pass to relevant Managers, chase for feedback
Build relationships with recruitment agencies and give candidate feedback
Respond to enquiries from students, job applicants etc
Update recruitment websites with current vacancies
Organise Interviews, arrange paper work, send appointments, candidate feedback
Produce new starter's packs - offer letter, employment contract, all associated paperwork
Assist new starters with local accommodation when the need arises
Assist in process to apply for NI numbers, when required
Assist in process of setting up new bank accounts, when required
Update all systems and relevant personnel with new starter details
Update all systems and relevant personnel with any change in staff circumstances (change in salary, leaver etc)
Record all staff training in the training dairy
Be responsible for all matters concerning HR administration
Deal with all general staff enquiries
Send updates and correspondence re Standard life, Costco, DIS, Healthcare
Collate and chase monthly reports of placements appraisals
Compile itineraries, source quotes and book international and domestic staff travel
Organise all associated paperwork including booking travel insurance and dealing with any travel insurance claims
The Administrator will need to be educated to at least A level or equivalent, with proven administrative skills and experience of working with people at all levels. Must be able to maintain a high level of credibility with colleagues and the workforce and at all times maintain the confidentiality of the information processed. The jobholder must be very competent in using MS Office Suite packages, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
The jobholder must be flexible, able to prioritise under pressure and have an excellent command of English language.
In return the Administrator will receive:
Salary up to 20,000 per annum
