An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroller/administrator to join a busy organisation in Wallsend on a permanent full time basis.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with monthly payroll for 250 staff
* Inputting employee timesheets onto Sage Line 50 payroll system
* Processing starters & leavers, P45’s SSP etc
* Processing expenses
* Organising international travel arrangements for project managers and directors, including flights, train, accommodation and car hire
* First point of contact for the head office telephone line
* Maintaining stationary supplies for head office
* Sorting and distributing incoming post
Candidates must be competent in Word & Excel and experience with Sage would be an advantage. Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role and excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
