To co-ordinate Customer Installations and Additional Works, routing Engineers via geographical location.
The role will include general administration duties, data entry, liaising with Customers, Suppliers and Internal Departments, maintaining computerised systems and documentation relating to customers' orders is also a key part of this role.
LIST OF MAIN DUTIES
To ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives as defined.
Process new orders within 24 hours.
Ability to problem solve and take ownership of assigned queries and actions.
Status check all outstanding work daily.
Accurate data entry into spreadsheets and database, to ensure customer information and services are ordered and recorded.
Communicate with customers via variety of medium including email, fax and telephone.
Sending letters where appropriate and contracts out to the customer.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication
regarding actions required.
Arrange engineer visits at mutually convenient times.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Must be computer literate, particularly Excel, Word and data entry into a database and basic level internet and email. Knowledge of Telecoms is a desirable skill however not essential as full training will be provided.
