    DEPARTMENT: Provisioning

    JOB TITLE: Provisioning Support Administrator

    REPORTING TO: Provisioning Supervisor

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB

    The Provisioning Department is responsible for processing all lines, calls and telephone services. In essence we connect the Customer to our network.

    To process and co-ordinate Customer orders and maintain customer records.

    The role will include general administration duties, data entry, liaising with Customers, Suppliers and Internal Departments. Maintaining computerised systems and documentation relating to customers' orders is also a key part of this role.


    LIST OF MAIN DUTIES

    To ensure contracts are processed efficiently and accurately to enable connection to the BNS Network .
    Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives as defined.
    Process and connect new/existing contracts and change orders
    Ability to problem solve and take ownership of assigned queries and actions.
    Status check all outstanding work daily and connect services as required.
    Accurate data entry into spreadsheets, billing platform and internet gateways, to ensure customer information and services are ordered and recorded.
    Communicate with customers via variety of medium including email, fax and telephone.
    Sending connections letters and contracts out to the customer.
    Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication
    regarding actions required.
    Check all traffic is passing over our Network and ensure all services are connected correctly.
    Arrange engineer visits as appropriate.
    Analysis of Bills and Customer requirements.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    Must be computer literate, particularly Excel, Word and data entry into a database and basic level internet and email. Knowledge of Telecoms is a desirable skill however not essential as full training will be provided.

    ESSENTIAL PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    A self driven individual able to work on own or as part of a team.
