• Produce accurate, timely reports and analyses for the Accountant and customers when required

Supervise administrators on a day to day basis
• Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to administrators, 1to1 and as a group ensuring they are aware of their own capabilities and contribution

• Ensure formal training is undertaken as well as providing technical assistance and ‘on the job’ coaching to administrators

To ensure that the Finance functions effectively on a day to day basis

• Good all round financial experience as hands on approach necessary
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Detailed, technical knowledge of business area
• Experience in using Financial packages
• Coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of dealing with a number of issues, tasks and priorities concurrently
