£16,500 + bonus

Sometimes it might mean solving a problem with their handset. Other times, you may simply have to talk them through its features. Whatever it involves, the overall challenge is to help our customers get the most from their mobile.

For you, its a chance to get your hands on the very latest mobile technology. While at the same time developing your problem-solving and customer service skills. But perhaps the most interesting thing about this job is that you get to deal with all kinds of different people.
