THE ROLE
My Client requires a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to oversee and manage 3 - 4 Projects with a total of C£60m. Experience of General Construction is essential whilst specific Commercial build knowledge is NOT. Managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors , you will be expected to look after one Project and manage the other three.
THE CANDIDATE
A Quantity Surveyor is required to work on site in Manchester, weekly visit to the Head Office in South Manchester may be required. The role entails working on large housing developments typically consisting of 100 units. It may become necessary work alongside and train an assistant.
THE PACKAGE
£45,000 - £55,000 Basic, Car/Allowance, Healthcare, Pension, Bonus & more.
