Full Description:
We require Desk Based Technical Specialists to work in a busy growing environment based on Newcastle's Quayside.
The role would be to work closely with nominated account teams, provide desk based telephone channel for customer technical sales enquiries in order to identify, qualify and assist the channels in the Sale of an ICT solution.
Responsibilities:
* Provide telephone based support for general enquiries & ICT sales
* Support desk based account management within your nominated accounts.
* Work with clients on the accounts meeting their future technical needs, helping to add value to their own competitive position, resolving technical dissatisfaction or directing them to the correct channels
* Maintain a good knowledge of Technical products and networks
* Consistently try to grow the business by recognising new technical innovation
