SUSPENSION / AFTER SALES ASSISTANT
The Role
- Reporting to the Warranty Team Leader and responsible for Suspension and after sales Service for Dealers & customers.
- Organising the booking in, and out, of rear shock servicing. Carrying out servicing of our own brand of rear shocks.
- Developing and managing strong relations with our customers, and providing them with a first class service for rear shock servicing, technical and after-sales service.
The Requirements
- You will be a dynamic person with excellent communication skills, a problem solver and a passion for Customer Service.
- You will have full technical knowledge of Cycle products. Rear Shock Training will be provided.
- A team player and be able to use initiative and work on your own.
- Be able to work with a dynamic, forward thinking and rapidly expanding company with a hands-on approach.
