A Sales Administrator is required for a busy franchised vehicle dealership in the Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear. This role is providing administrative support within a very busy environment and candidates must have excellent communication and IT skills.
Candidates with an excellent administration background will be considered. Salary £15,000pa
Role involves providing general administrative support to a team of sales consultants.
Including;
"Updating of all office files
"Compilation and maintenance of agreement details
"Ordering vehicle specifications to fulfil customer demands
"Taxing new vehicles
"Assisting in the compilation of profit margins for sales figures
"Liaising with sales team every week to ensure a fast, accurate customer service
"Liaising with our Accounts Department
"Contacting vehicle transporter companies for delivery confirmation
"General office procedures (i.e. typing/filing/photocopying etc)
"Offer reception support as required.
