| Our client is a multi-national, award winning manufacturer of precision automotive components with an excellent reputation for quality and service. Reporting to the Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Prototype Sample Department whilst using a hands on approach to ensure that Customers demands and specification are met. Activities will include involvement in the development of APQP system, and developing and refining systems & processes in order to reduce lead times and improve delivery times. The ideal candidate will be educated to HNC level in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science, with a strong engineering background, experience of working to APQP2/IPQC methodology, and project management skills. |
