What you need:
·CeMAP qualifications, with strong leadership experience and proven sales management ability in a regulated sales environment
·Expert, up-to-date technical knowledge of the regulated financial services and banking industries and a good working knowledge of the mortgage market and customer trends that affect this business area
·Proven track record in achieving results and meeting sales targets
·The ability to continuously coach and motivate your team
·The ability to effectively put a sales strategy into practice
·Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
·Good knowledge of external competitor activity
