Working for various different departments the role will involve:
- Diary management
- Audio and copying typing and formatting of documents
- Answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages
- Maintaining efficient filing and administration systems
- Liaising with other secretaries to share work load
- Other general secretarial duties
Applicants must have previous, substantial secretarial experience, ideally in the legal field. You must be highly competent in Word processing and audio typing with a typing speed of at least 55 wpm coupled with a good working knowledge of MS office packages.
The successful candidate will be self motivated and confident and be able communicate with a wide range of people internally and externally.
