Full Description:
Large international blue chip company based in Newcastle city centre currently seeking a Finnish speaking Relationship Building Representative to join this successful, team orientated department. Full time and part time vacancies available.

Working in a friendly, multi-lingual environment the role will involve:
- Speaking to Business customers over the phone, and via email
- Maintaining professional relationships with all clients
- Maximising on all selling opportunities
- Achieving sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Applicants must speak fluent Finnish and English and have first class communication and customer service skills. A proven track record in sales or telesales with good commercial awareness is required. You must be able to create a good rapport with clients and be able to maintain strong, professional relationships with them. A strong motivator with a positive attitude together with commitment, enthusiasm and analytical skills you will need to demonstrate your ability to use initiative and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. Above all you will need a determination to succeed. Working hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of 14,040pa with extra incentives offered, if targets are met. This is an excellent opportunity to join a social, multi cultural team who welcome positive, enthusiastic people into their successful team.
