Large International contact centre based in Newcastle city centre currently seeking a German speaking Account Manager to join this successful team.

The successful applicant will receive an excellent benefits package including a basic salary of 15,210 pa with OTE of 22k, company pension and private health and dental care.

Responsible for building strong relationships with clients the role will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts using phone and email
- Identifying areas fro improvements
- Supporting Clients Account in line with company policy and strategy
- Pro-actively selling Client Products and services and promoting the brand
- Ensuring all technical and admin procedures completed accurately

Applicants should have experience in sales/telesales with good commercial awareness and be computer literate. Coupled with that you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communication skills (fluent in German and English) and a professional telephone manner. You will need to show you have a positive attitude and are able to move forward from any setbacks in a professional manner. We require an individual who can show us commitment, enthusiasm and have the ability to analyse and prioritise their workload in an effective way. Above all you will need a determination to succeed.
