Our client is looking for an experienced telephonist to provide support by answering incoming client calls and dealing with internal enquires. You should have experience with answering external call, handling enquires, retrieving voicemails, conducting internet searches and setting up conference calls.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and will ideally have worked in a similar orle within the professional services enviroment, a flexible attitude is essentail as there will be requirments to cover morning shifts during busy times, sickness and holiday cover.
Housr of work are Mon-FRi 1pm-5.30pm 22.5 hours per week.
