Full Description:
Established law firm based in Newcastle city centre currently seeking a Part Time Telephonist / Switchboard Operator to work Mon - Fri: 1.00pm - 5.30pm (22.5 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious company who offer an excellent benefits package including a salary of 16k pro rata ( 8,997 pa for 22.5 hours pw)

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering external telephone calls, handling enquiries, retrieving voicemails, conducting internet searches and setting up conference calls.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and will ideally have worked in a similar role within a professional services environment. A flexible attitude is essential as there will be a requirement to cover morning shifts during periods of sickness and holiday absence.
