An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Service Representative to join one of the world's largest independent brand image solutions companies. The Client Service Representative will be working in a state of the art facility based on Team Valley, Gateshead.

Client Service Representatives can expect to be involved with the following activities:

Participation in the creation and implementation of the account strategy to deliver business growth and profitability
Communicating information within the supply chain.
Ensuring works documentation is produced in a timely manner allowing right first time production
Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
Ensure promises are kept
Ensure invoicing data is correct to allow timely payment
Involvement in print feasibility on behalf of the on site account manager
Evaluating colour control within the supply chain

The Client Service Representative will need to have a positive attitude towards work, be flexible in their approach and have a passion for customer services. The suitable candidate must have experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Database packages, have a great telephone manner and excellent communication and organisational skills.

In return the Client Service Representative will receive:

A salary up to 16,000 per year
A generous holiday entitlement of 22 days plus Bank Holidays
An excellent benefit package

This will be a 10-month, fixed-term contract and will run from May 2008 until February 2009. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading company based in the North East.
