My Client is looking for an experienced export sales executive with Arabic/Urdu/Hindi as a first/second language also with 1-3 years sales experience preferably in a manufacturing enviroment. Als
1. Achieving sales targets set each month by Sales Management
2. To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product rangem by targeting a combination of existing customer base and prospective customers.
3. Inbound and outbound customer contact to create, build and strengthen customer relationships, promote and sell company brand and product ranges. Provide technical guidance and product quotations to customers on request. Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls.
4. Ensure all quotations on ACT system and are followed up. Utilise our quote management tool as necessary.
5. Liaise on a daily basis with your Business Group and update them on any sales developments, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
6. Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers, operating a call-out cycle, which includes updating customer events and call logging systems as required by Internal Sales Manager.
7. Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the Internal Sales Manager or other appropriate body.
8. Manage the sales process for resolving the cancellation of orders. Ensuring that such matters are expedited speedily, and the information in ACT is accurate and up-to date.
9. Manage and maintain any authorisation schemes & price lists relevant to our products.
10. Meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives.
11. Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Management Team.
12. Timely follow up on new leads generated from website, trade magazines, marketing campaigns and tradeshows.
13. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact, towards achieving agreed business aims and objectives.
14. Monitor and keep track of own sales/customer developments.
15. Attend and man trade shows where required.
16. Arrange demos where appropriate for shows/visits.
17. Plan and implement customer visits for meetings, training etc.
18. Liaise with logistic/accounts to properly manage dispatch and payment issues.
19. Maintain awareness of industry developments and competition.
20. Agree pricing levels for new customers/projects within precedent.
21. Providing feedback to Sales Manager regarding targets for specific areas/customers
