We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for an international contact centre based in Newcastle City Centre.
The position of the Customer Service Representative is available immediate and is a permanent position.
The pay rate for the Customer Service is 6.50 per hour and the successful candidate will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday between 0600-1800.
Our client represent many international blue chip companies and this particular role is working on behalf of an international IT Brand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming emails and calls in a timely and accurate manner
- Working to set Quality standards in terms of compliance
- Provide correspondence and actions against customer enquiry
- Dealing with Queries and being able to resolve the issues in a professional manner
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer enquiry
Key Experience
Previous Customer Service/Contact Centre experience is essential
Excellent Keyboard skills and a high level of PC Literacy
Logistics or Product Support Experience required
Excellent Communication skills
