As a result of success and continued expansion, we have been instructed to actively recruit a floating secretary to provide secretarial support across all departments of this well known Legal firm which is based in Newcastle city centre.
BRIEF JOB DESCRITPION
· Whilst previous legal experience would be an advantage, it is not essential.
· To produce typed documentation via audio and copy
· You should be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
· Must have strong typing ability to be able to cope with a high volume of workload
· In addition to the above, you will need to be self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and thrive on a demanding workload.
· Must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills on a daily basis
· Provide a high level of secretarial support to a wide range of Lawyers
