| We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Focused IT Engineer to work for expanding IT Service Solutions provider based in Gateshead. Successful applicants will be joining a highly successful organisation with fantastic development opportunity. The IT Engineer will be working as part of specialised team and will support the business with all aspects of Server Installation and Repair and Communications. We are looking towards candidates who have expertise and extensive knowledge with Hardware and Operating Systems. The position is an immediate start and will be covering the North East. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of client facing IT Engineering. The successful candidate will be qualified in IT engineering e.g. Cisco or equivalent certification. Key experience required: - Extensive Knowledge of Hardware and Operating Systems - Networking - Server Installation and Maintenance - Troubleshooting - Service Installation - Providing Customer Support - Working to Service Level agreements - Repairs and Technical Support - Full UK Driving License Location is Gateshead, however the IT Engineer will be covering a North East Location. The position will be helpdesk based with the opportunity to become field based for Client Requirements. The starting salary is 16000- 20000 with access to a company car and excellent opportunities to develop. The IT Engineer position is available immediate.
