| We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our consumer care line team based in Newcastle. We have both full and part time vacancies for a Nordic speaking care line advisor within our UK Consumer Relations team. Care Line Advisor Role:UK Care Line Advisor Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Language:At least 1 Nordic Language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) plus fluent English Hours:Full Time- Monday-Friday (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) Part Time- Varying shifts between Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Role Description: We have a highly skilled and committed UK Care Line Team based at Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. We are now looking for other equally committed and enthusiastic candidates to join the team as a care line advisor. You will be responsible to provide a high quality service to consumers that contact us regarding our clients brands. You will personally manage consumer contacts via phone, letter and email in a way that drives consumer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. This will involve handling both complaints and inquiries ensuring contacts are managed efficiently, fairly and in line with Consumer Relations principles. You will also be responsible to identify insights via consumer contacts that can be shared with the business to produce positive action for our products. This is an extremely varied role dealing with a wide range of products for which you will receive extensive training. Key Requirements: 1)Fluent in at least 1 Nordic Language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) plus English. 2)Strong Decision making capability- This will involve building a clear picture of the consumer's problem and being able to use the teams product knowledge tools, processes and your own personal experience to make consistently good decisions 3)Excellent communication skills- You must be able to take personal responsibility to build a positive relationship/experience with any consumers that contacts us. 4)Ability to develop strong relationships - You must be able to listen, understand and emphasise with consumers. This is vital to ensure we provide consumer satisfaction and also turn their insights into action within the business.
