Fancy working in beautiful Northumberland at an award winning property within a nuturing and supportive enviroment. ?????

Have you a background in fine dining and banqueting and you must be fully tournant and be able to (there is a working trial so you must be able to demonstrate these skills) work without supervision whilst supervising juniors, plan, prepare and produce dishes to schedule and to spec.

The salary is negotiable and there are various incentives in place to take advantage of.
