| Operations Supervisor Salary 33,000- 35,000 Location: Newcastle, North of England Job Description Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, manage and support all ECCC Teams based at delivery site. Responsible for the effective delivery of the highest quality service being delivered to customers and retailers in line with the defined service levels for Customer Care and business objectives. Main responsibilities include: Lead and manage the Customer Care teams ensuring the delivery of service in line with agreed performance levels Coordinate the activities of the Customer Care team, ensuring clear and consistent objectives and service delivery across all areas Escalating issues to the Operation Manager, ensuring the team maintains professionalism at all times whilst working within strict service level criteria Conduct regular 121 performance reviews and annual appraisals with direct reports (team leaders) identifying training and development needs Previous Experience 2 - 5 years CRM operations leadership experience Client relationship experience Significant success at building efficient and effective teams Experience of workforce management, recruitment, training & quality activities in a contact centre environment |
