This is an extremely exciting role for candidates seeking development in business to business sales.
The position itself involves selling our range of on line recruitment packages to both employment businesses and commercial organisations over the telephone.
You will be responsible for researching your own leads, planning your structured outbound sales activity (with support). As you develop within the role you will manage the accounts that you win, this element will become a key part of your role.
You must be an excellent communicator at all levels and have an engaging telephone manner.
Salary includes a basic of between £17 - £19k* per annum, dependent on experience with a further bonus structure with no ceiling. Realistic OTE £30k pa.
You will be supported by a dedicated training department right from the start. This includes a full induction and an ongoing personal development plan with the aim of reaching your full potential in this and any future role.
We also offer medical cover and pension contributions.
