Full Description:
An experiened Workshop Fitter is required for an engineering company in Tyne and Wear. General salary will be in the region of £10.00 per hour plus overtime. Must have experience overhauling cylinder heads, compressors and pumps. We are looking for flexible, motivated individuals to join an expanding team. All roles require effective communication skills and a professional approach, individuals will be required to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

The successful applicant will have a strong background working with diesel engines within an engineering sector. You should have a strong background working on heavy diesel engines or be from a heavy plant / truck workshop environment. Any exposure to electrics and the ability to read schematic diagrams would also be advantageous.
