| ADMINISTRATION DUTIES To produce reports on Word and Excel Answer telephone for depot and transfer telephone calls to relevant departments Maintain filing system Typing of general correspondence Photocopying Dealing with stock control from computer system. Recording holidays and timesheets on a weekly basis Ordering of consumables General Administration duties on a daily basis. The role can be demanding, tight deadlines to meet on a monthly basis. FINANCE DUTIES A financial background would be beneficial although not essential Purchasing, (raising orders, goods receiving, coding the invoices and send for payment) Invoicing (raising jobs, booking costs to jobs, including Labour & Material, finalising costs and managing margins then raise invoices and send to customers).
