| Large international contact centre based in Newcastle city centre currently seeking a number of professional Bilingual customer service agents to join them for a 3 month contract. Applicants must speak fluent French, Spanish or Italian and fluent English Working within a busy team the role will involve: Receiving incoming calls from customers and clients Following up queries via telephone and email Problem solving and providing effective solutions to systems and procedures Providing first class customer service skills at all times Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills coupled with good organisational and keyboard skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for people looking for an immediate start and the chance to join a prestigious company for a 3 month period. The successful applicants will receive a competitive salary of 6.50 per hour. The role will involve shift work between Mon - Sun 6am - 6pm, so applicants must be flexible to work the hours. |
