| Client Service Representative is a key position within our clients Customer Service function and in providing an efficient and professional service to the clients. Client Service Representatives can expect to be involved with the following activities: · Participation in the creation and implementation of the account strategy to deliver business growth and profitability · Communicating information within the supply chain. · Ensuring works documentation is produced in a timely manner allowing right first time production · Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded · Ensure promises are kept · Ensure invoicing data is correct to allow timely payment · Involvement in print feasibility on behalf of the on site account manager · Evaluating colour control within the supply chain Client Service Representatives will be able: · To operate within an open plan environment · Preferably have an understanding of all print processes · Preferably have experience of Packaging · Preferably have experience of colour separation · Preferably have experience of artwork · Understanding of supply chain requirements · Clear communication of requirements · Understanding of strategy · The ability to be a doer as well as an instructor of tasks · Skilled in using Microsoft Word · Skilled in using Microsoft Excel · Preferably have an understanding of colour management The above should be regarded as an indication and Client Service Representatives should expect to be involved with activities not listed here. Our client will provide coaching, support and training to allow successful Client Service Representatives to develop their careers within the Client Service function. Client Service Representatives must have: · Excellent communication and organisational skills · Experience in word, excel and e-mail · A good telephone manner |
