| Major international call centre based in Newcastle City Centre easily accessible by all major public transport links currently seeking a Spanish speaking Customer Service Rep for their logistics team. Excellent benefits package including salary of 12,688 pa, company pension, share schemes, health and dental care and excellent working conditions. The job role involves supporting the interfaces between clients, customers and various internal departments and external organisations by dispatching orders globally according to customer entitlement in a fast paced logistics team. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and have a good knowledge of IT packages. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assimilate information and complex scenarios.
