They are now seeking an Electronics Engineer
This job will be based in our R & D Department and based at Blyth.
The work
• Developing firmware and related electronic hardware for new personal protection equipment.
Technical skills required
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience of the design of electronic PCBs and components for medium volume manufacture.
• Knowledge of Electromagnetic Capability and Intrinsic Safety applications is important, but training will be given.
• Knowledge of the EMC and IS Approval processes would be an advantage.
• Experience in product development from product concept through to manufacture. Ability to develop own test and development programmes.
• Software skills in C or similar.
