| A new opportunity has arisen to join a successful mortgage broker in the North East area as a Mortgage Adviser. Due to the success seen over the last few years my client is now looking to expand its sales force and recruit an additional Mortgage Adviser to join an established team. This is a niche opportunity specialising in advising and recommending mortgages to individuals purchasing both land and new build homes. My client has strong established connections with many housing developers and the successful Adviser will be focusing on writing mortgage business from leads generated by the development sites. Leads are not only provided to the Adviser, they are also pre-qualified by the client this therefore, resulting in quality appointments been seen by the Adviser and a higher guarantee of writing business. Applicants must be confident with the sale of associated insurances as commission is paid on the cross sales of these. My client has presence throughout Yorkshire and North West however, mainly operates in the North East. This as an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for the flexibility of undertaking a home based role. The mortgage appointments will be field based and will take place within customer homes and also on the new build development sites. Applicants must be CeMAP/MAQ qualified with a proven track record as a mortgage broker. In return an employed package is offered with a company car.
