Min Remuneration:£20,000 per annum + Bonus
Max Remuneration: £25,000 per annum + Bonus depending upon experience
Bonus:Between 6% and 12% of Sales Target (£8,640 - £17,280)
A young aspiring city centre based publishing company is looking for 4 x Business Development Managers to expand upon its portfolio of magazines and journals. Of advertising background, the perfect candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability to integrate well into an existing team, have good experience in advertising sales and have the drive and personality necessary to embrace the autonomy that will be given with the role. Whether office or field based the perfect candidate will have a number of pre-requisites:
"The employee must have at least 2 years advertising sales experience and be hungry for success.
"Must have the ability to work under a pressurised environment.
"Must have experience in customer/lead generation, client presentation and relationship building.
"A history/ability for self development.
"Experience of concept selling advantageous.
Additional: Driving Licence preferred but not essential.
