Job Description

Vision for Education work with a number of Primary and Secondary Schools across Newcastle to County Durham areas. We have requirements for Teaching Assistants to work with mainstream students, some may have a range of behavioural difficulties and a variety of complex needs on both a long and short term basis. SEN / EBD experience is beneficial but not always essential. Our schools welcome applications from those with relevant  experience combined with the right attitude and personality. We are particularly interested to hear from applicants who demonstrate an ability to build a strong rapport with students and meet challenging behaviour with a calm approach.
