Job Description
SEN Teaching Assistants required who have experience of working with challenging behaviour.
The post will be working with individuals who have a variety of needs both socially and emotionally. Each pupil has an IEP and may include some aspects of out reach work.
A strong work ethic is required as these placements tend to be for extended periods of time. Able to demonstrate a flexible approach with compassion, not easily phased and can demonstrate patience.
This role does require experience of working within a PRU type setting however qualifications are not essential.
