Job Description

This busy market town Coaching Inn are looking to recruit an ambitious and talented Chef de Partie to join their team. The property offers a fine dining restaurant and brasserie .With superb accommodation this is a popular venue for both weddings and conferences.

The Role

You will be part of the talentedteam and as part of your role, you will be willing to learn and be committed to high standards; this kitchen is the ideal place in which to develop your skills. You will have a solid background with experience in a similar establishment. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene

Qualifications/Experience required:

Our clients are seeking an enthusiastic individual, with a real passion and enthusiasm for cooking. Applicants will require NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a Food Hygiene Certificate with strong references.
