My client is looking for an Outbound Quality and Training Manager to support the training and development of new and existing sales advisors in telephone sales techniques, client product knowledge and industry best practice and compliance.

Responsibilities include maximising each sales advisors ability to sell in a cold calling environment, and the number of sales that reach “on supply” status.

Key outputs:

• To introduce innovative training techniques that will enhance the skill set of the new & existing sales advisors
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development
• Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements in respect of sales, quality & “on supply” performance
• Liaise with the client so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development.
• Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against data usage, call coding, sales keying accuracy, quote accuracy & objection handling
• Utilise Call Centre systems to produce reports to track the performance of the sales advisors

You should have outbound sales experience, coaching and sales training experience.

37.5 hrs per week between the hours of 9am – 9pm, Monday – Saturday.

£18,000 - £20,000 basic salary plus commission (OTE circa £26,000).
