One of the UK\'s leading high street banks is looking to recruit a Counter Manager for their branch in Alston, Cumbria.

Duties will include but are not limited to: leading your own team of up to 10 Cashiers, providing clear direction, inspirational leadership and continuous coaching. You will be responsible for managing their performance, ensuring processes run smoothly, giving guidance on how products and services fit together and supporting the team when they need a little help. You will also be leading by example and dealing directly with customers.

This is a part time position working from 9.30 - 2.30pm. The successful candidate will be a natural people manager with plenty of cashier experience. In addition you will be client focused with excellent customer service skills.
