Insurance Administrator

Our established client is currently looking to acquire two Insurance Administrators to join their successful team.

The Objective

To assist in the general administration of the policies of all clients including:

v Managing inbound telephone calls and emails from brokers.
v Provide an outstanding level of customer service adhering to the service level agreement of 24 hours turnaround.
v Offering appropriate quotations both renewal/new business to brokers. Relaying this information to the broker in a durable and understandable medium.
v Present quotes to underwriters.
v Process quarterly and annual renewals
v Manage inbound telephone calls as an overflow to the front desk processing payments for short term insurance renewals.
v Assist on the front desk as and when required basis

The Candidate

You must have the following attributes:

v Good communication skills both written and oral
v Confident and effective telephone skills
v Ability to work under pressure when required to react to workloads
v Ability to work with minimum supervision.
v Good Knowledge of motor insurance would be an advantage.
v IT literate to facilitate efficient production of client documentation and fielding of queries.
v Strives for excellence in all aspects of the role
v Uses own initiative
