To train & develop sales advisors (new & existing) in telephone sales techniques, industry best practice, client product knowledge and industry compliance.
To maximise each sales advisors ability to sell in a cold calling environment
To maximise the number of sales that reach “on supply” status
To increase the tenure of staff through development & improvement

Contractual Hours 37.5 (hrs per week) between the hours of 9am - 9pm, Monday - Saturday.


To introduce innovative training techniques that will enhance the skill set of the new & existing sales advisors
Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development
Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements in respect of sales, quality & “on supply” performance
Liaise with the client so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development.
Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against data usage, call coding, sales keying accuracy, quote accuracy & objection handling
Utilise Call Centre systems to produce reports to track the performance of the sales advisors
