• What’s involved:
You will be engaged in general office administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.
You are also likely to be getting involved with telephone answering, copying, scanning, filing and elements of data entry/systems updating.
Please note that you will be asked to cover switchboard on occasion.
You will also be using the client's SWIFT system

- minimum of 2 years office administration experience
- social services related experience
- user knowledge of SWIFT system
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Client: Local Authority
• Division: Community services
• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 2 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal business hours
