Job Description
Our client, the UK's leading developer and manager of accomodation, is looking for experienced customer service advisors to join their expanding city team. Your duties will include providing exceptional customer service in the way that you deal with enquiries and surgery sessions
With a professional and friendly manner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple sites in the city and conduct viewings and inspections on a regular basis. Your duties will also include customer complaints and queries
You will be experienced in dealing with face to face customer service, satisfaction and resloution. You will need to contribute and show evidence of your ability to deliver Key Performance Indicators to the business and be instrumental in acheiving the overall business targets
