My client, a major motor vehicle franchise in Gateshead require a service advisor to handle customer enquiries, book in, arrange collections/deliveries, produce job cards, obtain fleet authorisations, price up and sell additional work, keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice and handle payments. This position would particularly suit someone who has current but limited Service Reception experience within the motor trade, preferably with Kerridge skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly customer focused, flexible, willing to learn new ways to do things and be able to work under pressure.
