A vacancy has arisen for this key role within the management team of this successful company based in Gateshead, reporting to the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities are:
• To manage the operational day to day running of the Customer Service Department, in order to meet customer requirements.
• To ensure that communications within the site and internal and external customer are of the highest level
• To support, guide and motivate your team in order to achieve continuous improvement in all objectives
Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience of customer service management in a fast paced busy office dealing in an organised and effective manner with internal and external pressures, and expect to contribute to the company’s future development as a member of the management team.
Experience within a manufacturing or production company would be preferred.
